I met Julio through my work and asked if he did deck remodeling because I needed it at my house. He said yes and within a week the deck was complete and gorgeous! I also had his company come to my house for a bunch of little handyman repairs but some were more complicated than expected and with Julio's expertise and experience, he figured everything out and it looks great! If you need someone to trust with your home remodeling, you can’t do better than Julio Lanzas. This was my third project with Julio and the first with his new company. Of all the contractors I’ve hired, he has the highest standards, is good to coworkers and is careful with my home and all the details. I took two other bids and found that his prices were excellent also. I needed exterior repairs and paint. He was the only contractor to do a thorough inspection and I felt we were aligned on the needed work. Because the inspection was so thorough and we discussed all the findings, I was confident that the bid was accurate and there’d be no surprises. The finished project is beautiful! The process was smooth and quick. Julio was easy to reach with questions and did much of the work himself. Highly recommended!

I'm pleased to share my experiences with J Lanzas Remodeling. We began approximately 4 years ago with a bathroom demo and complete make over. As would be expected when dealing with a 100+ year old house, there were some unanticipated surprises but Julio addressed them in fine fashion without missing a beat. Several projects followed such as building a storage shed and miscellaneous repair projects.

Generally, Julio's work ethic is beyond reproach, always performing as scheduled and at a fair price. I have no misgivings in rating his work at the highest level. Never any excuses or do-overs.
